Andrey Kolodyuk is a serial entrepreneur and venture capital investor.
He is founder and managing Partner in AVentures Capital fund – focused on early stage IT and web-related projects with the focus on global market with technology teams based in Ukraine and CEE.
Andrey is Chairman of UVCA (Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association), that was created by his initiative in August 2014.
Andrey was elected as Young Global Leader (from Ukraine) of the World Economic Forum in 2008.

He's involved in early-stage project implementation in the areas associated with martech, marketplace, IoT, fintech and hardware. He has a wealth of experience in the marketing & advertising industry – he went through all the career positions all the way up to managing partner of the BLT Group (co-founder and shareholder) and TEQUILA\ Poland. He's been in the startup sector for over 8 years; starting as an investor in several initiatives implemented by other business partners, he's a co-creator of about a dozen technology startups. His knowledge and experience help support portfolio companies in the business model development and testing, managing and creating business strategies as well as negotiations. He preps them for acquiring consecutive rounds of funding and supports them in the sale of shares, and cooperation with big business partners. For the last couple of years, Bartłomiej has been intensively supporting the development of the Polish startup community.
Sylwester Janik is a Senior Partner and Member of the Board at MCI Capital TFI, MCI Group. Sylwester is heading the team of MCI.TechVentures Fund, a growth technology fund with EUR 250M+ of assets under management, focused on investments in Central & Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Russia and Turkey.
Sylwester has 20 years of experience in venture capital and growth investments, strategic management and new business development. Over the years, he completed a number of investment projects and exits, as well as successful fundraising of a new fund.
Alexander Galitsky is a Managing Partner of Almaz Capital Partners, a venture fund with offices in Portola Valley, CA, and Moscow, Russia and which is backed by Cisco Systems, EBRD and IFC, which he co-founded in 2008. Alexander is a well-known innovator, entrepreneur and investor in USA, Europe and Russia/CIS.
Alexander was honored numerous times as the most influential person in the Russian IT and Internet industry by Forbes, best GP of 2013 by Venture Awards, EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Russia in 2013, was nominated for best venture capitalist of the last decade in Europe in 2012 by Investor AllStars and named "Technology Pioneer" at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2000.
Prior to Almaz, Alexander formed the ICT investment practice at Russian Technologies, one of the first venture capital funds in Russia and made a series of private successful investments. His past and current investments include: Parallels, Yandex (IPO), QIK (sold to Skype), Vyatta (sold to Brocade), Acumatica, Jelastic, NavMaps (sold to TeleAtlas), Acronis, SJLabs (sold to VocalTec), EverNote, GridGain, WikiMart, CarPrice, StarWind, PIQ, Good Data among others. Sasha was a President of the first Russian TechTour in 2004.
