Dorothea has seen everything needed to support corporates and investors in transforming their businesses: the corporate, the consulting and finally the digital world. She started her career at Deutsche Telekom, where she had been part in one of the largest transformation programs possible: Creating an agile modern telecoms company. During her 12 years at Solon Management Consulting she shaped the European telecoms and media industry by building innovative digital business models and supporting more than 30 M&A transactions. Before moving to etventure Dorothea spent another five years in the digital marketing space: As CEO of the affilinet group, a leading European online marketing network, and as CEO of Performance Interactive Alliance, a next generation data driven online marketing network.

Based on its two core business areas of Corporate Innovation and Startup Hub, etventure supports and advises companies on their digital transformation, both within the existing core organisation and by creating new digital business models.
