      One51, the leading rigid plastics manufacturer operating from Ireland, the UK, North America and China, has been involved in a range of M&A transactions over the last year. This has included significant acquisitions in the US, including Encore Plastics and the more recent acquisition of Macro Plastics for $150m, a recent change in shareholding in the One51 group with CDPQ taking a significant shareholding earlier this year, and the disposal of ClearCircle Environmental UK and Ireland.
