Catherine Ford is a consultant editor to event programmes, and engaged in the development of timely editorial content for global corporate finance, M&A and capital markets related conferences and events. She routinely moderates discussion panels at conferences across the region. She has worked for Acuris since early 2002, holding a number of senior editorial roles in the company’s European, US and Asia-Pacific head offices.
Mr. Morozov started his professional career at Credit Suisse in New York. He subsequently moved to Europe to focus on the emerging CEE/SEE markets: initially as portfolio manager for Creditanstalt in Vienna and SEB in London, and later as an M&A expert at a boutique investment bank in Geneva. Leo has been active in this region for the last 13 years as equity investor (Immoeast in Vienna, Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners in London), co-founder of a distressed real estate investment boutique in Budapest, restructurer and financier at Raiffeisen Bank International in Vienna, and a fund raiser for a development company Soravia. During his real estate career he negotiated equity investments, joint venture agreements and debt financing totaling several hundred million EUR, and later restructured real estate NPLs in a comparable amount. At his current role at Fortenova (former Agrokor) he is responsible for non-core and real estate assets.
Marija Desivojević – Cvetković is the Vice President of Delta Holding responsible for business strategy and development, human resources, information technologies and corporate communications.
From 2008 to 2012, she was the CEO of Delta Food Processing, before which she held the positions of the General Manager of Verano Invest Company and the Executive Director of Spinnaker New Technologies (ComTrade Group).
Marija graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Belgrade (MSc), and completed her MBA studies at the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration.
She is a member of Addiko Bank Managing Board, the Managing Board of the Serbian Association of Managers, a member of the business club “Privrednik” and the President of the Serbian Triathlon Union.
Marija speaks English fluently and uses German. She is a passionate marathon runner, cyclist and Ironman triathlon athlete. She is married and has two sons.

Jakub is an Executive Director, ENERGO-PRO, a.s. (EP), where the major responsibilities are strategic development and Mergers and Acquisitions in order to fulfil long term strategy of EP globally.
Before joining EP, Jakub was a board member of Czech electricity transmission operator (CEPS), heading M&A department of EPH for more than five years, where successfully concluded major energy transactions in Europe within last decade. Additionally, Jakub also worked as a senior manager for major European utility and most prestigious consulting firms in Czech Republic and abroad, where he was responsible for gas business development in the South-Eastern Europe and Turkey with regard to Nabucco project as well as post-merger integration, including restructuring of the European utility operating on the Czech energy market to become compliant according to European legislation. Finally, Jakub was a member of the supervisory board of the well-established bank in the Czech Republic.
Jakub graduated at Czech Technical University in Prague and participated in several study programs abroad (including University of Notre Dame Australia and Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in Ireland).
As Vice President M&A, Pawel Pudlowski leads the operative mergers and acquisitions business of Bauer Media Group. In this role, the experienced Financial Director supports the Executive Board and subsidiaries in managing M&A processes, from deal sourcing through to final closings and exits. Prior to his current role, Pawel worked for internationally successful companies such as Wolters Kluwer, Sanoma or C.H.Beck, while being located in Warsaw, Amsterdam and Moscow. Pawel speaks Polish, English and Russian fluently.

Krzysztof has over 14-years of experience in corporate finance, banking, financial modeling and transaction structuring, supported with several years of entrepreneurial experience. Involved in numerous private equity investments in financial services, fintech, agriculture, healthcare and e-commerce across the region.
Krzysztof is the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Berke Biricik is a Principal of Mid Europa Partners, joining the Firm in 2013, where he is focused on executing and monitoring investments. Prior to joining the team, Berke worked as a VP within the Consumer Retail Group at Goldman Sachs in London. Previously, Berke worked as an Associate within the corporate finance teams of PwC and UniCredit Markets and Investment Banking in Istanbul.
Berke holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Koc University, Istanbul.
Andrei Christian Krikliwy is a Managing Director covering the markets of Southeast Europe. Andrei joined SEAF in 2017 when SEAF took over management of the SEEF II Fund (Southeast Europe Equity Fund II). He joined the SEEF II investment team in April 2007 under Bedminster Capital. Previously Andrei was a Director and head of the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology group at Raiffeisen Investment in Vienna. In this capacity, Andrei led a number of major telecom and IT transactions in Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Hungary, and Austria. Prior to joining Raiffeisen Investment in 2004, Andrei was a Vice President in the Munich office of Communications Equity Associates, a US merchant bank specialized in the Telecoms and Media sectors.
From 1993 to 2001, Andrei worked at CAIB (Creditanstalt Investment Bank) in the Vienna, Warsaw, and Budapest offices focused on M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions throughout Central Europe.
Andrei received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University and studied Business Administration at the University of Innsbruck. Andrei is a CFA Charterholder and an Approved Person of the Financial Services Authority (FSA), London.
Matthias is Director at ArchiMed’s investment team and member of the board at EUROLyser Diagnostica, a Point-of-Care diagnostic company headquartered in Austria. He brings 10 years of experience in M&A. Matthias started his career with EY in the Transaction Advisory Services Department in Munich. He subsequently joined Lincoln International in Frankfurt and Chicago, where he was responsible for the management of a number of projects. Matthias holds a MSc in Finance from St. Andrews University and spent his undergraduate at the University of Mannheim.
Uroš Ćamilović has been leading the business advisory practice of BDO Serbia for more than 10 years. His main experience is in Mergers & Acquisitions, Cross-border Due Diligence services, Valuation and Privatization. Uroš’s primary focus has been on banking and financial services, tourism, mining & metal processing and telecommunication business, both in Serbia and the region, where he and his team executed various renowned projects. In 2018, he headed the team which advised the Government of the Republic of Serbia in the privatization of a copper mining and smelting complex, which successfully closed in December 2018 and where EV exceeded USD 800 million, with committed investments of over USD 1.2 billion.
In addition, since 2012 Uroš has been serving as an independent member of the board of directors and a president of the audit committee of Philip Morris Operations a.d. in Serbia.
Uroš holds a BSc in International Securities, Investment and Banking from the University of Reading and an MPhil in Finance from University of Cambridge.
Gary Mazzotti has more than 30 years of experience in finance and operations. Mr. Mazzotti joined EPIF from Vienna Insurance Group where he was a Member of the Board and CFO of Kooperativa and Česká podnikatelská pojišťovna and was responsible for VIG groups operations in Ukraine. Prior to this Mr. Mazzotti held the positions of Senior Investment Director and CFO of PPF Private Equity Division as well as CFO/ COO of AAA Auto.
Mr. Mazzotti graduated in Economics from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom and is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA).
