At our recent CEE M&A and Corporate Financing Forum, we caught up with Krzysztof Urbanski of Orange Polska.
Disruptive technology has been one the bigger topics over the past few years, and M&A and debt finance are effected just as every other market is. When speaking to Krzysztof Urbanski about the impact it would have on his business and M&A altogether, he suggested that there has not been a large impact thus far in CEE. However, everybody is trying to take advantage of the trend. Disruptive technology’s effect on the market is still as powerful as it has been elsewhere. When asked where his company targets disruptive technology for acquisitions the most, it was business-to-business technologies which were most heavily targeted, as they are excellent for developing their portfolio.
