Markus Bruckmüller is a partner of WolfTheiss in Vienna and Ljubljana and heads the Slovenian office of Wolf Theiss.He is specialized in corporate/M&A, banking & finance and real estate.His career experience includes advising on several large-scale M&Atransactions, cross-border banking and finance projects and real estatetransactions. In the last years, Markus has been involved in some of thelargest banking & finance and corporate/M&A transactions and CEE/SEE,in particular Slovenia. He acts for strategicinvestors and private equity funds. Markus is admitted as attorney in Austriaand Slovenia and was educated at the University of Vienna.
Kerim Turkmen is a Partner of Mid Europa Partners, head of the Istanbul Office and responsible for sourcing, executing and monitoring investments. He is a member of Mid Europa’s Management and Investment Advisory Committees. Prior to joining Mid Europa in 2007, he was a Principal of GMT Communications Partners, a private equity fund specializing in the communications sector.Previously he was with Merrill Lynch, in its Investment Banking Division in London.

Before joining AIG, Mark practised as a solicitor in London at Clifford Chance and Travers Smith for seven years, advising on M&A and private equity transactions globally.
