Bagrin Angelov is an M&A Executive Director in the Investment Banking division of China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) based in Beijing, where he is exclusively dedicated to China cross-border M&A situations. Mr. Angelov has profound experience in supporting multinational corporations, private enterprises and state owed enterprises with their cross-border M&A undertakings. To date he has advised on 100+ M&A deals globally (both in emerging and developed markets such as USA, Germany, Korea, Japan, Israel and Australia), with a combined transaction value of some US$100bn. Prior to CICC Mr. Angelov worked in the Investment Banking divisions of Barclays, ABN AMRO, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and a Middle Eastern SWF.

Samson Lo joined UBS in 2010 and is primarily responsible for M&A origination and execution in the Asia Pacific region across many industry sectors. From 2007-2010, Mr. Lo was a member of Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific's investment banking team for Hong Kong-based corporations. From 2000-2007, Mr. Lo was a member of Lehman Brothers' M&A group in New York City and led executions for transactions across many industry sectors.
Mr. Lo graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Management & Technology Program, with joint undergraduate degrees from Wharton School and School of Engineering & Applied Sciences.

James Parker is a corporate lawyer based in the Hong Kong office of Norton Rose Fulbright, with nearly 20 years of experience. He has considerable experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and restructuring and regularly advises family offices and wealthy individuals in relation to their investments.

Eric Xin is CITIC Capital's Senior Managing Director and Managing Partner of Trustar Capital responsible for private equity investments in China. Prior to joining the firm, he was a management consultant at Mckinsey & Company in Shanghai and Washington D.C focusing on helping Japanese and U.S multinationals source and set up factories in China. He was previously a Deputy Manager for China Leasing Co., Ltd., the largest leasing company in China and a subsidiary of CITIC Group.
Mr. Xin received an MBA from the Harvard Business School with Honors and a B.A. in Economics from Beijing University.

Jacey Paik currently leads Datasite’s business development and growth strategy for Hong Kong SAR, South Korea and Taiwan markets.
Jacey is a tech enthusiast with 15 years of experience in M&A, corporate strategy and B2B SaaS. She started her career as an investment banking analyst and held various leadership roles in leading companies in Korea and Hong Kong prior to joining Datasite in 2015.
