Lars Ingemarsson, who is based in Stockholm, has 25 years of investment banking experience. He joined Citi in 2011 as Head of Coverage for Swedish Corporates and Nordic Private Equity within the Investment Banking division and in 2018 he was appointed co-Head of Nordic Investment Banking. Before joining Citi, Lars was Head of Swedish Investment Banking at J.P Morgan for 5 years. Prior to that he worked 10 years within the Investment Banking division at Merrill Lynch in London, and for 2 years at Alfred Berg in the corporate finance team in Stockholm.
Lars holds an MBA/Diplôme de Grande Ecole from ESCP (1 year in each of Paris, Oxford and Berlin) and a degree in economics from the University of Constance, Germany.

Magnus Bernin is a Managing Director at DNB’s Investment Banking Division in Sweden. Magnus has a total of 25 years of experience in M&A andequity capital markets transactions, including both private and public markettransactions. Magnus spends a large part of his time working towards privateequity, but has also worked with many corporate clients in various sectors, bothin the Nordics and internationally.

Riikka Rannikko acts for both listed and non-listed companies on a wide range of private and public M&A transactions and advises clients on corporate, governance, securities market, and compliance matters. She is also the managing partner of Hannes Snellman’s office in Helsinki.

Johan Rasmusson is our Senior Sales Director responsible for the Nordic Region at Datasite.
He joined Datasite in autumn 2017 with 5 years Investment Banking experience in Sweden and 3.5 years in Fintech Sales in London.
Working closely with the client base is he also influencing the direction of future product development.

Carl-Johan Kullving is responsible for Debtwire’s primary Nordic coverage, encompassing mid and large cap deals across the leveraged finance market. Carl-Johan joined Debtwire in 2018 from Swedish daily Dagens Nyheter, where he broke news across a variety of sectors such as business and politics after obtaining an MA in Business Journalism from Columbia University. He started his career as a journalist investigating the armed forces from within. Carl-Johan also has a BS in Politics and Economics from Lund University in Sweden.
