Auri is Nordic Correspondent at Mergermarket. She joined the company in December 2016, having previously worked as financial reporter for TMT Finance, where she tracked deal activity in the telecom, media and tech sectors across Europe.
Prior to this, Auri covered the IT and telecoms sectors for many years as a reporter and researcher, and the TMT sector remains her special area of interest.
Auri, originally from Finland, holds a BA in Journalism from the University of West London.
Adam Kostyál is the Senior Vice President of the Global Corporate Client Group and head of European Listings for NASDAQ OMX. Besides the Nordic Exchanges, NASDAQ has more than 120 companies that are either primarily listed or dual listed on NASDAQ in USA. In addition NASDAQ is in the final stages of launching the NASDAQ Private Market which will be an offering for issuers world-wide.
Adam has been with NASDAQ OMX for the past 11 years. He started his career at OMX as a Sales Director, and then became Head of the Strategic Initiative Groups in 2006. Most recently, Adam was VP of Market Technology Sales responsible for sales, account management, and business development for the European, Central and Eastern European regions. Prior to NASDAQ OMX, Adam held various positions with Enron, Cell Network and Bloomberg.
He holds a BSc in Economics and Marketing from Vrije Universiteit de Bruxelles and speaks four languages including English, Swedish, Italian and French.
Thomas leads PwC’s M&A Integration and Separation practice in Sweden. Having planned and executed M&A integrations and carve-outs for 15 years, Thomas has extensive experience from complex operational transformations, often with significant growth ambitions and cost synergies capturing.
Most of Thomas’ client engagements are in a multinational setting, making the ability to prioritise and coordinate across national legislation, cultural differences and priorities an imperative. Clients include large Nordic corporates and Private Equity companies.
Thomas holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from theUniversity of Mannheim, Germany. A native Norwegian, he speaks English, German,and Scandinavian (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian).
